Who we are

What we collect
- When you message us on WhatsApp: your phone number, your WhatsApp name and what you write to us. The message this site prepares for you can include the piece you were viewing, the options you chose and where you found us (for example Instagram). You see the full text, and can change it, before you send it.
- When you order from us: your name, contact details, delivery address and order details. Card payments are handled by our payment provider; we never see or store your full card number.
- When you browse: our hosting provider, Cloudflare, processes technical data such as your IP address and browser type to deliver the site and protect it from abuse. We do not use analytics, advertising or tracking tools.
How we use it
We use your information to answer your questions, prepare and deliver your orders, issue the invoices the law requires, and keep the website secure. We do not sell your information or use it to build advertising profiles. We only send marketing messages to people who asked to receive them, and you can stop them at any time.
